At North Shore Executives, we have a strong belief that having an exceptional team environment will generate more success for our firm, our clients, and our employees. In order to do this, anyone who is interested in a career opportunity must go through an initial resume screening and a 3 round interview process. During this process, prospective employees are able to meet with one of our lead account managers, the hiring manager, and even our President. This helps us get to know each candidate better to ensure they are a good fit for the position but it also allows them to get to know us better as well.

Attending meetings involving business development/sales.
Learning to manage small team of people.
Meeting with our clients’ customers to develop relationships and help find what is a good fit for our customers.
Training/coaching/developing new account managers.
Learning the interview process.

Based on performance and length of the internship, interns can also gain experience and training in leadership and managerial skills.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We offer flexible internships year-round. Semester specific, summer, or year-long programs are available.
Interns will receive the same coaching and training as full-time employees. Everyone on the North Shore Executives team is treated as equals.
Our internships are paid, can serve as college credits, or both. Please confirm with your school + our management team during the interview process.
